Want to know where your order is right now? Here are all the ways to track your delivery.
Email with your tracking number
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive an email from service@kabuto.at. This shipping confirmation contains your personal tracking number and a direct tracking link — one click shows the current status of your parcel.
Shipping with Austrian Post
We ship Austria-wide with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post). You can also enter your tracking number directly on the Austrian Post website at any time and follow your parcel live:

Order status in your customer account
If you are logged in, you can see the status of every order at any time in your customer account — from order confirmation to delivery, with no need to search through emails.
Local pickup in Pichl bei Wels
If you chose local pickup, you will not receive shipment tracking but a separate "your order is ready for pickup" email as soon as your parcel is ready for you at our location in Pichl bei Wels. We will gladly arrange a pickup time with you.
