Shipping & Pickup

Kabuto Katana products ship within Austria. Customers in Austria can also pick their order up in person at our warehouse in Pichl bei Wels — by arrangement.

Shipping within Austria

We currently ship inside Austria only. Shipping costs are shown transparently in your cart before you complete the order.

Pickup in Pichl bei Wels

If you live nearby and prefer to collect your order in person, write to us at service@kabuto.at and we will arrange a pickup time at our warehouse in Pichl bei Wels — you will receive the exact address with your appointment confirmation.

Processing and delivery time

Orders placed on a working day before 2 pm are typically dispatched the same day, no later than 24 hours after payment. Delivery within Austria usually takes 1–3 working days.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team at service@kabuto.at before sending the return so we can issue a return number. After receipt and inspection we refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right under the Austrian FAGG law to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive the goods. A clear written statement by email to service@kabuto.at is sufficient. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Exception to the right of withdrawal – opened cosmetics

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal is excluded under § 18 (1) 5 FAGG for sealed cosmetic and personal-care products whose seal has been removed after delivery. Once a product has been opened, broken into or used (e.g. opened tubes, jars, spray or pump bottles), it can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened products in intact original packaging with an intact seal can of course be returned within the 14-day period.
