JRL Diamante Set: Hair Clipper + Trimmer

The JRL Diamante Set brings together the two tools every barber keeps within reach at the chair: a hair clipper for length, fades and tapers, and a trimmer for outlines, necklines and beard lines. Both come from the same series and run on brushless motors, and each has its own charging dock. We carry the set in black only.

The clipper (model 2025C) switches between two speeds: 6,500 rpm for the fade, 8,200 rpm for bulk. Brushless describes the design of the motor — it works without carbon brushes. The fade blade adjusts from 0 to 3.0 mm, all the way to zero gap; in the second-generation blade system the upper and lower blades are separate and can be swapped without extra assembly. An LED display on the clipper shows runtime, charge level and maintenance reminders, and the illuminated logo changes colour with the battery level. According to the manufacturer, the 3,500 mAh lithium-ion battery lasts up to 4 hours.

The trimmer (model 2025T) runs at 8,200 rpm. Its 42 mm T-blade can be set close to zero gap with the included adjustment tool; here too, the illuminated logo shows the battery level. According to the manufacturer, the 2,000 mAh battery lasts up to 3 hours. Both tools charge in their Reset IQ docks, and the manufacturer quotes around 2 hours for a full charge. JRL is a US barber brand; the tools are made in China.
