StyleCraft Saber 2.0 Hair Clipper

The StyleCraft Saber 2.0 is the machine for bulk work. A clipper takes length off and builds the taper — from the neckline up through the sides and into the blend. The crisp line at the outline, neck and beard is then cut with a trimmer, and the close finish on the skin is left to a foil shaver. The three tools do not replace one another; they follow one another.

The Saber 2.0 runs a brushless EON digital motor at up to 7,200 rpm. Brushless describes the design of the motor — it works without carbon brushes. The Echo fixed blade in Black Diamond Carbon (DLC) with Shallow 2.0 cutter is fully adjustable and can be set to zero gap. A fixed taper bracket, a stretch taper bracket and a floating lever are included, so the taper setup follows the way you work.

In use: an all-metal housing and a lithium-ion battery for up to 2.5 hours of cordless work. Charging is via USB-C; charging stand and cable are in the box. The housing has a removable drop-top lid; according to the manufacturer this modular design makes cleaning and maintenance easier.
